Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy starts on the day you receive your order and ends after 30 days have passed since the date you received your order. In most cases we will extend the 30 day return window if you get in contact with us and explain your situation. Please reach out when in doubt.
To be automatically eligible for a return, you must have received your item no more than 30 days prior to the date that you contact us to notify that you would like to return your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that you purchased the item on www.loadd.co. In most cases we will be able to verify that you did purchase the item you are looking to return direct from us without asking you for additional verification. In cases where this is not possible we may ask you to provide verification that you did purchase the item from us on www.loadd.co. Our return process is outlined below:
- Within 30 days of receiving your item, you let us know that you'd like to return your purchase via our Contact Form or by calling us at 833.224.4333
- If the item is not oversized or over 50 lbs, we send you a prepaid shipping label so that you can quickly and conveniently ship the product back to us without personally incurring any shipping fees
- We receive the item and reimburse your initial method of payment
We reserve the right to deny any refund to any individual that we have determined to be abusing our return and refund policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification email detailing the status of your refund.
Your refund will be processed and may take 1-3 business days to be initiated.
Late or missing refunds
If at least 5 business days have passed since you received notification from us of your refund, but you have not received your deposit, please reach out to us so we can work through the issue with you.
Most banks and credit card companies take 1-5 business days to process a refund.
Sale items
If you purchased an item on sale or with a discount, when your refund is initiated it will be in the amount in which you originally purchased the item.
Shipping
We will send you a prepaid shipping label for items that are able to be shipped via parcel services. Items that are oversize (see below) will not have a prepaid label generated and you will be required to cover the shipping cost of returning oversize items.
Oversize items are defined as follows:
- A package with the longest side exceeding 48 inches or second-longest side exceeding 30 inches
- A shipment where the average weight per package is greater than 50 pounds or individual packages over 50 pounds
Unless otherwise specified, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will only be covered by Loadd if the item is returned unused and unopened, you use the prepaid shipping label we provide, or we make an exemption to this condition.
You may elect to ship a returned item to us at your own cost if you would like to ship via a specific carrier or at a specific delivery speed of your choosing:

If you ship an item using your own carrier or shipping service, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for the item as we will not make exceptions if the product is damaged or lost during shipping.
